Book progress and sales
“The tunnel” has been well received. In the year since initial publication, we have sold 2,500 copies, including bulk orders from India, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand. All proceeds (over $30,000 so far) go to the MUSC Fund which will support advanced endoscopy training. I have also distributed about 500 to family, friends, colleagues, meeting organizers and journal editors. It is being translated into Chinese; it will be fun to see what they make of cricket!
