SENIOR MIXED-SIGNAL IC DESIGN ENGINEER

Relevant Experience: 6+ years experience
Location: Islamabad/Lahore, Pakistan
Description: As a mixed-signal IC designer, you will be
responsible for working on physical layer (PHY) design of
high-speed DDR-SDRAM or serializer/deserializer (SerDes). You will
be involved in supervising/delivering next-generation designs using
advanced CMOS process nodes at 65nm and beyond. - The primary
responsibility of this position entails leading a team to deliver
analog and mixed-signal transistor level circuit designs, circuit
architectures, simulation results, and silicon characterization for
high-speed, low-power PHY SerDes blocks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical
Engineering.
- Strong background in circuit design and analysis
techniques.
- Experience with full-custom IC Design suites is necessary.
- Must have been involved in at least two tape-outs to know about
chip sign-off issues.
- Must have experience with lab testing of mixed-signal chips to
know about post-silicon issues.
- Knowledge about CMOS fabrication process is a must.
- Proficient in developing scripts in languages such as Pearl,
Ocean, Shell etc.
- Knowledge of various high-speed bus interfaces is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in
English.

Required Skills and Qualifications
