Established in 2003, our firm’s principal is licensed as both a doctor of veterinary medicine and certified public accountant with more than 15 years of experience in each profession.

For all services, except taxes, we work with clients throughout the world. For tax return preparation, we work with clients throughout the United States.

The Red Flag Rules require all businesses that extend forms of credit to customers (not including credit cards) to develop a written plan designed to detect, prevent, and respond to identity theft related to extending that credit. For veterinary practices, this would include clients with whom you have established periodic payment plans.

The Red Flag Rules also require staff training on the provisions of the written plan to insure employees are aware of its content and their responsibilities related to detecting and preventing identity theft.

Our office is pleased to make available to members a template for the required written plan and power point training program for staff. These materials are available at the very modest fee of $35.00. This fee is significantly less than that charged by a number of other sources offering template plans, and is specific to veterinary practices.

Please note that the documents will be e-mailed to you after purchase as a Word file, PowerPoint file and PDF information files. This allows each clinic to modify the documents to reflect and incorporate your practice specific details.
