• Hello! I’m a writer from South East London with a love of creepy stories. I’ve been published previously in Black Static, Hub magazine and Dark Fiction Magazine, and The Copper Promise, the first in a series of fantasy novellas, is now available from Amazon in ebook format. I'm currently editing my sword and sorcery novel The Steel Walk, and hoping to find a home for my fantasy book, Ink for Thieves. These days I also read submissions for Dark Fiction Magazine and write the occasional film review. Outside of that nonsense, I love to read, and I love to write, and I love my xbox. I also live with a chap called Marty and a number of grumpy bears.

The Box Room Podcast

The Box Room podcast started as an offshoot of one of my partner's projects; I was an occasional guest on a podcast hosted by sentient teddy bears (no, really) and one day we wondered if we could put together the entirely-human-but-largely-drunk cast, and the Box Room was born.

We talk about with inebriated  passion about our favourite things, and since we're massive geeks, that led to many hours of chat about stuff like Star Trek, Doctor Who, comic books, video games, how very beautiful the xbox is, the weirdness of internet based fandom, Batman, which of us is the most like Batman... You get the idea, I expect.
