Most ATV riders – beginners and seasoned riders alike – underestimate the level of physical endurance that is necessary to safely handle an ATV for long periods of time.

I developed ATV Fitness to improve physical fitness through a simple exercise and nutrition program you can do at home. This program is not for those wanting to race ATVs and will not make you a pro athlete. It is for the occasional ATV rider who wants to enjoy longer ATV rides, experience less fatigue and reduce the chance of injury through improved strength, flexibility and endurance.
