Parent Information
Admission and Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, we begin with a scheduled 1/2 hour visit at the facility. After a reservation has been made for your child, you must fill out and bring in all of the needed forms as well as a deposit. The forms are available online for you to be able to print and fill out at your convenience.
Tuition
Monthly tuition for full-time care is $500. Before and after school care is $250 a month. New Age Prep Academy accepts payments from the Illinois Action for Children and DCFS. We understand that some parents cannot afford tuition costs, therefore these programs were put in place to assist parents with childcare costs.
We serve nutritious meals
Food Program
We participate in the CACFP (Child and Adult Food Program). New Age has several Licensed Food Service Managers on staff at both locations. We serve nutritious meals that consist of an AM supplement, lunch and supper. We have regular inspections from the city and the state to maintain our compliance.
Education
At New Age Prep we include both free play time to encourage cooperation and social skills as well as planned educational activities. These activities include:
- Math and reading readiness using phonics
- Story-time
- Exercise
- Music with instruments and singing
- Arts and craft activities
- Backyard science experiments
Children learning at the Smart Board
At our Michigan Ave. facility we also have a Smart Board. The Smart Board is an interactive board that the children can actually touch and learn from. The board offers stories, math, science, reading, social studies, puzzles and much more! Anything your child does on the Smart board can be kept in their file so their parents can see it during conference time.
