Since all of the information is on our website and there is nothing to download, you can use our service to snipe from any computer, TV or Handheld device that has an internet connection.

Computer Can Be Turned Off
Our servers run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and place your bids while your are away from your computer. Thanks to our advanced bid placing engine you can sign off from the internet, shutdown your computer and rest easy knowing your bid will be placed at the last possible second.

Manage Unlimited Auctions
With our easy to read interface, you can at a glance see all the items that are currently queued to be sniped. You also can tell quickly which items need to have their Max Bids increased and update them in 1 simple step. NOTE: Priority Service customers can snipe an unlimited number of items per month while FREE customers may place up to 15 snipes per month.

Bid on Multiple Items at the Same Time
Because our connection to the internet is so fast and our bidding engine was designed specifically for placing bids, we can place multiple bids at the same time. HINT: For extra reliability you should sign up for our Priority Service so you can take advantage of our advanced Bidding Engine (Look below for more information).

Cancel Your Bid at Anytime
We know that sometimes you change your mind about buying an item from an auction site. That is why we allow you to cancel your item at anytime, even at the last second!

Integrated Auction Site Search
Search your auction site and just copy and paste the item number into our search frame. This not only makes auction sniping easy but it also makes it much faster.

Auction Outcome Notification (1-5 minutes)
In order to assist you and make your life easier, we send you the outcome of your sniped auction within minutes of the closing bell.

Email Tech Support
Sometimes the world of auction sniping is not clear and that is why we offer email tech support to our users. Our current policy is to reply to your email within 24 hours and if the problem can't be solved then we contact you via the telephone if possible. NOTE: Email support is offered to all users yet FREE users are limited to what things we will support.

Current Price Updated Regularly
In order to notify you if you have been already out bid, we check the current price of the auction regularly. For Priority Service customers the price will be checked once per day and 1 hour before the auction ends. FREE users currently do NOT get any type of price updates.

Snipe Auctions at the Last Second
We have put together a system that will place your bids 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the last possible second. For Priority Service customers can snipe in as little as 3 seconds while FREE customers can snipe in as little as 10 seconds.

Advanced Bidding Engine
This system allows us to monitor your bid and make sure that it goes through on time. NOTE: This option is only available to Priority Service customers.

Bid Groups
Bid Groups allow multiple items to be placed into a single group and used to buy one item. When one of the items in the group wins, the rest of the items in that group are canceled automatically. NOTE: This option is only available to Priority Service customers.

Snipe Points
Snipe Points are credits you use to place a bid through our service. Each time you add an item to be sniped one Snipe Point is subtracted from your weekly total. If you cancel an item before the bid is placed, the point will be added back to your total. Snipe Points are added every week on Sunday morning at 12:00:00 AM and do not transfer over to the next week. Priority Service customers get an unlimited number of Snipe Points per month while FREE customers get up to 15 snipes per month.
