This week in Paris Donatella Versace showcased her Atelier Versace fall/winter 2012-2013 collection. Full of colorful gowns and structured minis, this collection is sure to be a hit in September’s upcoming fashion week in New York. We can’t wait!!!

Introducing Future Generation Clothing, a hip new clothing line from DC based designer Kevin Lattimore. At a recent photoshoot I had the chance to sit down with Kevin as he gave Glamourina an inside look at what it takes to be a designer in the DMV.

At this year’s Hillwood Estate and Gardens 2012 Seersucker Social, socialites, hipsters, demure ladies, and dapper gents were surrounded by all the wealth you could imagine, without having to deal with the bill, and partying like they’re 1920s millionaires!

I am a woman of the voluptuous variety; and I love my curves! Thus I could not have been happier when I heard that the high-waisted bikini bottom is making a comeback!!!

The love project is a collaborative, charitable line from DC designers Jennifer Elizabeth Miller (the jem collection) and Melissa Lew; it will be officially aunched at the exclusive Secret Room’s MTV Movie Award’s Gifting Suite at the end of May 2012.

In this economy, we all are constantly on the hunt for budget-friendly but fab fashion finds. Luckily, Glamourina has done the research for you and found a some great add ons to your Spring/Summer wardrobe.

Tiffany Nicole and I ventured to the Commonwealth of Virginia to be onlookers in the annual Fashion Fights for Poverty (FFP) fashion and dance show at the Artisphere. Every year FFP holds a show honoring some of the most original designers from around the world to display their creations.

This past Saturday I went downtown to Chinatown to see how the fashionistas of Washington DC rocked the latest trends right off runway!!! CHECK OUT THE PICS of these DMV divas!

Fashion is an ever-changing field, but let’s face it: some things never change. For instance, the lambskin Chanel Bag, the Marc Jacobs quilted bag, the Judith Ripka bling, or perhaps just the simple vintage (I.e. before the sell out to LVMH) Pucci garment…then again there is nothing simple about a good Pucci. Fashion and style is all about how you wear it anyway.
