IAF.net specifically prohibits use of any email addresses found on this site for the purpose of initiating, or enabling others to initiate, unsolicited electronic mail messages. IAF.net will not give, sell, or otherwise transfer addresses maintained by IAF.net to any other party for the purpose of initiating, or enabling others to initiate, unsolicited electronic mail messages. Violation of these terms is prohibited by the CAN_SPAM Act of 2003, Sec.5(b)(1)(B).

Please read these terms of use carefully. By using this site and its database search tools, you signify your agreement with these terms of use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SEARCH TOOLS OR ANY OF THE CONTENT LOCATED WITHIN THIS SITE. Use of this site and the contents within are strictly limited. You should not use this site if you do not want to carefully read and understand these terms.

The IAF.net terms of use agreement is designed to create a widely available email directory that cannot and will not facilitate spamming or abuse of web users email addresses.

By accepting and agreeing in whole to the terms of use delineated herein, IAF.net grants to you a limited, non-exclusive and nontransferable right and license to use its web based search tool software to access the IAF.net database in object code only, on a single computer or Internet terminal device that is under your control ("License"). You acknowledge and agree that you shall use the IAF.net database and database search tools solely for your own internal data processing purposes and that all data accessed and obtained from such use is governed and controlled by the terms of this terms of use agreement and license. You agree to keep confidential the IAF.net database and all other information and technology transmitted or conveyed by IAF.net pursuant to this agreement. This agreement and license can be terminated and changed at any time, going forward, solely at the discretion of Addresses Company.

IAF.net intends for this site to be an informational resource for individual users personal use. There are many sites on the Internet that provide listings or directories of email addresses. IAF.net desires to distinguish itself as the best, fastest, largest, most useful and most secure site for those looking for email addresses of their own personal friends, acquaintances, relatives and business associates. IAF.net wants those whose email address can be found in this directory/database to feel comfortable that this listing will not lead to additional spam or other unwanted email. Therefore, IAF.net has developed this strict terms of use agreement to protect those whose email addresses are listed in its directory from receiving unwanted email. And, unlike many other major email address directories on the Internet, IAF.net does not sell marketing mailing lists or email address information to anyone. IAF.net's sole revenue is from advertisers on its site.

You agree that though some of the data accessible through the IAF.net site may be public information, your use of the data, if you obtain it by using the software and or other search tools and property that are personal and/or proprietary property of IAF.net, limits your use of the data to conformity with the terms contained herein. The materials and data on this site are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property and commercial trade laws and any unauthorized use of the materials or services at this site may violate such laws.

You acknowledge and agree that the IAF.net Database and the User Documentation are proprietary to IAF.net and protected under federal and common law copyright law and trade secret law. Except for the License granted to you under this Agreement, you further acknowledge and agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the IAF.net Software, including associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with IAF.net.

Permitted Use Of Content.

The IAF.net website is built around a compiled and published database owned by the Addresses Company ("IAF.net") or other third parties who have licensed use by Addresses Company. It is presented as a reference source of information on individuals, businesses and organizations in the United States and throughout the world. It is solely for use by those who agree to all the terms of use contained in this notice. IAF.net email addresses database and search tools is intended for use by the general public to allow quick access to information on the email addresses of friends, acquaintances, pre-established business associates and relatives.

Prohibited Use

Any other use of the site or its contents is strictly prohibited, including without limitation, modification, republication, deletion, transmission, distribution, proxy caching, reselling, uploading, posting, reproduction, redistribution or any other dissemination.

You may not attempt to circumvent or gain access to the database without the search tools provided. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the software or tools available on the Site to access the data stored on this site.

Warning.

The materials in the IAF.net email addresses database and search site may not be used by third parties for telemarketing, direct marketing, commercial mass e-mail or by agents or representatives or email spammers. The database has been seeded with email addresses that can only be found in this database and if any of these seeded (poison for spammers or abusers) email addresses is sent email in violation of these terms then IAF.net will aggressively pursue, including litigation, violators.

Disclaimer.

IAF.net makes a concerted effort to ensure the information presented in on or through its web site is accurate. IAF.net Inc. does not control, and makes no warranty regarding, the accuracy, currency, integrity or quality of any of the data contained in the IAF.net database. If an error is found, IAF.net is not responsible for the results, or any loss or damage, that may result from such a mistake. Addresses Company makes no representation that Materials or Services available on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Privacy Policy

IAF.net does not sell any information to any telemarketing, direct marketing or commercial mass e-mail companies, agents or representatives. Severability.

Should any term of this Agreement be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms of this Agreement.

No Waiver.

The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted there under or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach there under shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
