It describe the organizations involved, their roles and responsibilities, and explain the difference between a dispute involving the domain name itself, and a conflict about services or content found within a given domain. Furthermore, the brochure also describes what happens when a domain name is deleted. In conclusion, we provide an overview of the operations that can be carried out on a domain name, and how conflicts can be managed both within and outside the legal system. Download
