Where do I buy 3D Glasses?
In order to properly enjoy watching 3D videos you will need a pair of red/cyan 3D glasses for flat screens.
You can purchase a pair of 3D glasses from Amazon.com and have them shipped to your house. Most glasses are less than $10 so invest in a pair and watch the images jump off the screen!
You can also try making your own if you're in a big hurry, see instructions here and here. Homemade glasses work well and are available as fast as you can do it! Note the second instructions do not require you to have colored plastic.

When you renew your previously cancelled subscription you are issued a new pin code. The cookies/cache on the member's login page will have your old pin code saved. When you upgrade your subscription, you are upgrading in the billing processor's database, they then have to send the information that you have upgraded to our database and we update your access. This can sometimes take a little while depending on how quickly the billing processor sends our database the information that you have upgraded. Please be patient, your access will be upgraded to full monthly member as soon as possible. This normally takes no longer than an hour.

If I cancel my membership online, will I be able to access the website for the rest of my Trial/Monthly subscription period?
Of course you'll have access to the website for the entire time you paid for. Cancelling your account simply stops the billing cycle, so the access is not cancelled just then, only the billing. Website access will be denied only after your access period has ended.
For example, if you joined on March 1st, and cancelled on March 20th, your access will continue until April 1st, when your billing cycle ends.
What name or company will I be billed by?
All memberships are billed with discretion in mind. The merchant name you will be billed by does vary on each subscription, however, the specific biller you will have will be noted both on the Secure Online Billing (credit card verification) page while you are registering and also in the welcome confirmation e-mail that you receive upon successful registration. How can I update my credit card information?
Simply wait for your current membership to expire. When you try and login to your expired account, you will be able to updated your account information.
How do I play downloaded videos?
In order to play downloaded movies, you will require a media player which supports the type of video we offer. Here is a breakdown of media players and which video file types that they support.
When you download on of our movies it will be in MP4 format. The filename will end in ".mp4" depending on your computer's settings. This MP4 file has been encoded using the H.264 standard and is the best codec available to give you high quality video and reasonable file size.
All iPhones (including 3GS) and most mobile phones support our media.
We recommend using the Free VLC Player available for download at www.videolan.org/vlc/ as this player is compatible with all of our video files and is easy to use.
How do I download videos?
Scenes you download you get to keep forever. We do not limit your use of the downloaded videos to only when you have a membership. You get to keep them.
* If you're on a PC, right-click on the format you'd like (MP4, WMV or Xvid) and select "Save Target As." Choose where to save the file and press "Ok." For more information on saving files see Microsoft's Instructions
* If you're on a MAC, hold "Command" and click the format you'd like (MP4, WMV or Xvid) and select "Save Link As"
Simultaneous downloads
Most browsers limit the number of videos you can download at the same time to two. That's a limit that is a setting in your browser, not part of this site. Instructions for changing this setting are below:

There are many reasons you might receive an error message while downloading a video scene. Depending on the error message you see, it may be a problem with your computer or the file.
Errors Caused by the Website:
We are very sorry for any frustration caused by these errors. Examples of a downloading error that would be the result of our system:

My Downloads are Slow!
Connection speed can vary - depending on the time of day and level of traffic on your ISP's network. As network or web congestion occurs, the playback quality can degrade to the point where the video freezes, continually re-buffers and the audio breaks up.
We invest a great amount of time and money to ensure our network is fast for most users with high-speed connections.
We recommend the following for best results when watching streaming video online:
1. Ensure your Internet connection is DSL or faster.
2. Remove any devices or programs that might be using up bandwidth. For example: downloading, other users on your network, a VOIP phone line, etc...
3. Make sure that your video & audio drivers are up to date.
4. Update your computer and browser to the newest versions of the software and install all updates.
5. If you are using a wireless home network - make sure it is secured so that your neighbor isn't stealing bandwidth.
Can I use a download accelerator program?
We do not support download accelerator programs. It's recommended that you turn off any programs of this type to ensure our server does not flag your connection as fraudulent. Your account may be revoked as a result.
Can I use a download manager program?
We do not officially support download management utilities.
While most download managers do work without issue on our websites, we do not recommend their use.
Why you should not use a download managers:
* Some download managers cause technical interferences with our website and can break the functionality for the user. This is a known issue that we have no plans to correct
* Your membership may be revoked automatically due to suspicious downloading activity
* Your membership may be revoked automatically due to robot-like activity
Our systems automatically scrub to avoid any fraudulent or robotic activity and due to the nature of how download managers get our content our systems may revoke all access to your accounts.
The audio does not play smoothly for me, what can I do?
Users with less than a 56K connection do not have enough bandwidth to receive both audio and video. If you believe there is an error with the video please use the "report a problem" link on the video page or if you still have problems, please send us an email or contact us via Online Chat or by telephone.
How can I improve overall quality?
The number one thing is to get a faster Internet connection. Other than that, pressing the pause button increases the buffer size. The longer you pause the video, the better it will look & sound once it begins playing.
If your Internet connection works fine, quite often simply rebooting your computer (turn it off and then on) will solve the problem.

Errors Streaming Videos Online
There are many reasons you might receive an error message. Depending on the error message you see, it may be a problem with your computer or the file. If you receive an error message (the "oops girl" or a streaming error) be sure and report it to us right away.
