The Twenty-Fourth Annual Awards for the Year’s Worst Reporting

Your Picks for the Worst Quotes Revealed

Every year a panel of leading conservative media observers and experts picks the most-biased media quotes for the Media Research Center’s annual awards for the year’s “worst reporting.” And these judges have done so again this year to decide the 2011 award “winners” with the choices to be announced on Monday, December 19, but...

This year we let our fans and all concerned about liberal media bias also participate via this separately compiled Web ballot. More than 3,000 MediaResearch.org and NewsBusters.org visitors took part.

From December 12 to 15 Web visitors could review quotes in 16 categories to pick one quote – the one they considered most outrageous in the category.

Now you can see which quotes were judged the “worst” of the year in this online ballot.

On the MRC's NewsBusters blog, discuss the quotes, what you think of those which won and whether the correct ones were picked in this online ballot.
