We’re jazzed to welcome some excellent new music for our $3 Sunday tonight. Local garage rock quartet BIKE COPS jimmy jangles and shimmy shakes with fun surf rock mixed with sleepy pop. Check out the tracks on their Band Camp for some truly sing-along-able “oooos” and sweet melodiphone riffs. In the words of FADER, NU SENSAE “sounds like driving off a cliff.” Their latest 7”, Tea Swamp Park for Fast Weapons is a pounding, haunting, disorienting and momentous effort. Local hardcore punk outfit SLAG opens with their own version of a wailing, modern car chase ending in an explosive fire ball.
