What if I want to cancel my account?

Monthly or "Solo" Plan subscribers have the option to cancel anytime, within the application or via PRO support. Cancelled monthly subscriptions will run until the end of current billing period but will not renew. Annual subscriptions require a full year commitment and cannot be cancelled.

When will you bill me?

Monthly or "Solo" Plan subscribers will be billed on a recurring basis, every month, on roughly the same day of the month you purchased your plan. Flexible billing options are available for annual plans on qualifying purchases.

Can I upgrade to an annual subscription after I purchase?

Can I pay with anything other than a credit card?

How can I get a receipt?
