If an applicant is required to submit revised detailed budget information with written justification for each item requested, please use the OMB approved Research & Related Budget Form (OMB Number 4040-0001).  Attach the written justification pages to your submission.  A copy of the form is provided for your use. Click here to obtain the form and instructions.  Copy the form and paste it to your computer. For those applying to SC Lab Program Announcements please click here for access to the DOE Budget Form 4620 that is to be used for submitting budget information.

Upon completion of the form and the written justification for budget items, please submit them as an attachment by e-mail to the appropriate SC program manager.  The revised budget and written justification e-mail must have the endorsement of the grantee organization authorized official to be considered acceptable.
