DIVINE ALLIANCE WITH CLEANSING STREAM MINISTRIES

As we met with Pastor Chris Hayward to discuss the working together of Cleansing Stream Ministries and Restoring the Foundations we knew it was a divine appointment.  We were right!

Originally founded under the leadership of Pastor Jack Hayford, Cleansing Stream is an outstanding discipleship program for Christians.  It teaches and establishes the individual in the foundations of Christian life: Hearing God’s voice, Walking in the Spirit, Committing all we are and have to His Lordship, Speaking words of life, Forgiveness, and Entering the Cleansing Stream. 

After a few short months of active participation, the Cleansing Stream Student is invited to attend a dynamic retreat weekend designed to bring messages of healing and freedom culminating in powerful ministry times.   

Following the retreat, those who choose (with pastor’s approval) may enter the Cleansing Stream Discipleship Training.  This training is a basic year that reinforces a believer’s identity in Christ, keeping Jesus first, living a lifestyle of holiness, having the heart of a servant, as well as focus’ on the weapons of our warfare (the Name, the Blood, the Word), as well as Warfare Intercession and Praying in the Spirit.

As we discussed with Pastor Chris the possibility of Restoring the Foundations Ministry being the Advanced Year for Cleansing Stream Discipleship Training, our hearts were ignited.  For almost three years now, we have had the fulfilling opportunity of further training Cleansing Stream Disciples in God’s Healing principles. 

Members of Cleansing Stream Discipleship coming from a diversity of church backgrounds and many regions of the U.S. have gratefully participated.  The foundation of their Cleansing Stream course, followed by a basic year of Discipleship Training gives them a solid footing for the RTF Model.   We invite them to complete the RTF Healing & Deliverance Seminar using DVDs and workbooks.  Then, they come for Issue-Focused Training, learning to minister effectively to one specific issue in an individual’s life.  Many of the participants have had glowing testimonies about what the Lord has done in their lives as they experience His fresh touch during the training weekend.

We, at RTF, find working with this sister ministry to be an absolute joy!  Because CSM people are already trained and equipped in the basics of healing and deliverance, we have been able to equip them more readily and take them deeper than undiscipled groups.

What can we say?  Working together with Pastor Debbie Sayovitz, who heads up their training division, has been a joy.
