Snobs vs. Slobs
About us
Ross Jordan Gianfortune works as a Online Content Producer for a magazine in Washington, D.C. He has also written columns about his apartment, his bulldog Nino and other frivolous things. He grew up in Northfield, IL as a White Sox fan. He is tired of hearing about the damned Redskins and is glad that baseball is back in D.C., even if it’s the ex-Expos. He earned a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
Alex Taft lives and works in Chicago. He grew up in Winnetka, IL and is a diehard Cubs fan. He also admits biases to the Boston Red Sox and the Oakland A’s.
Alex attended the University of Missouri where he was an English major with a concentration in creative fiction. In college, Alex maintained a somewhat popular website which contained his weekly humor column. After college, Alex started writing more about baseball, some of which you can read here.
Alex feels very odd about writing about himself in the third person.
