Zimbra configuration suite (ZCS) product editions
- ZCS is purchased in blocks of 25 seats
- You may mix both Standard and Professional Edition in your configuration
- For fewer than 25 seats check out ZCS Network Starter Edition or our hosting partners
Adding ZCS product options
- Archive mailboxes are for compliance protection; they can be purchased up to the total number of seats in your configuration (for example if you have 50 Professional users you can buy 25 or 50 Archived mailboxes)
License Term
- Zimbra may be purchased as a One Year Annual subscription (two and three year subscriptions also available). The subscription includes support from Zimbra, major and minor product updates and more. With this option, you renew your license at the end of the subscription term.
- Zimbra may also be purchased as a Perpetual license. All perpetual licenses must be purchased with support (available in one and three year offerings). You receive support from Zimbra, major and minor product updates and more. Support is renewed at the end of the support term.
Support
Premium support extends Advantage support by adding unlimited support tickets, phone support and faster response times.
Note: There is no support provided for Starter Edition.
