bought my first house 2008 2yr later that first time home buyers credit turned into a 7,500.00 loan. i was really fooled. i make 13,000.00 a year and now i am paying back 500.00 back a year its hard i wish i could give it back, but i used it to fif up the 1949 house i bought and that wasnt even enough. is there some way i can get out of this please. its takes me a whole year to make 13,000.00 and a few minutes to give 500.00 of it away. HELP ME PLEASE. one more thing when my tax preparer said i had that credit and said right then and there it had to be paid back, it sounded good ,but god knows i would have said NO thank u. a . muse
