We’re looking for an intern who understands, or wants to learn about, city politics. Reporting, researching, writing for the blog, plus an opportunity to pitch stories to the paper. Flexible hours. Metrocard and broadband connection required.
If you know somebody, send him or her our way.
Here’s the catch: law-abiding citizens that we are, the internship is unpaid and the applicant must receive academic credit. Please send a cover letter, resume, and two clips to bensmith@observer.com and cc Shazia Ahmad, Deputy Managing Editor, at sahmad@observer.com.
