The goal of the IEEE Cloud Computing for Emerging Markets (CCEM) conference is to address the unique challenges and opportunities of cloud computing in emerging markets in a high quality event that brings together industry, government, and academic leaders in cloud computing from around the world, particularly from emerging markets. The conference will be a two day event that spans invited talks, peer reviewed paper presentations, a panel, and industry exhibits.
