Infiniti SUV Reviews

Infiniti are the luxury car division of the Nissan Group of Japan, established in the late Nineteen Eighties. The division's first inroads into the luxury market were in North America, later spreading their wings into Europe as well as the Middle and Far East. Today you can see Infinitis being driven in fifteen countries where the company has established a network of close to 259 dealers and service centers.

Infiniti's offering in the crossover sector is the EX35. In looks it bears a strong resemblance between the company's sedans and could be described as a station wagon version of it, if it wasn't conspicuously taller.

what is for sure is that with the EX35, Infiniti have succeeded in striking almost a perfect balance between extreme comfort and power. Coming with Infiniti's now well received 3.5-liter V6 six cylinder engine generating up to 297 horsepower paired with recently introduced seven speed automatic transmission there is lots of power under the hood, ant the EX35 will offer a smooth and comfortable ride thanks to its sedan standard rear wheel drive and independent suspension system. All wheel drive is available as an option.

A comfortable five seater, with a 60/40 split rear seat, the EX35 does offer a lot in the way of legroom, and only the tallest of drivers and passengers will find any problem with head room, which is a lot more than other SUVs on the road. Cargo space is more than adequate, even with the back seats in an upright position. When they are folded down, which entails only the press of a button from the driver seat, the storage space almost doubles.

Safety has also been taken care of. The Infiniti EX35 SUV coming with anti lock brakes front and side impact airbags, rear side curtain airbags, electric brake force distribution, seat belt pre-tensioners and load limiters, and active head restraints.

It may be more of a consideration for those who opt for an SUV from the Infiniti range, rather than one of their more luxurious Coupes of Convertibles, the EX35 SUV does return reasonable fuel consumption figures, with an average of 21 miles per gallon reported in most reviews, with seventeen miles per gallon in the city and 21 miles per gallon on the open highway being reported in most independent reviews.

As you would anticipate in a luxury SUV such as the Infiniti EX35 SUV trim quality is of a very high standard, with an exterior enhanced by automatic headlights and fog lights, heated exterior mirrors and spectacular eighteen inch eight spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with all-season tires. The maple themed interior of the EX35 SUV is no less impressive coming with heated front seats auto dimming rear view mirror, telescoping steering column, luxurious leather upholstery and a highly effective panoramic monitor designed to provide assistance during parking.

Infiniti are up there with the best with their EX35 SUV standing strong comparison against such March? leaders as BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Volkswagen, Subaru, Volvo, Mercedes, and Audi.
