Under these conditions:

Attribution: You can use the images and material without attribution when used in a context that refers to the Xen® hypervisor, xen community, xen projects or xen.org (e.g. in a blog post or article about Xen, a Xen hackathon, A Xen user group meeting, etc.). Where the context is not clear, attribution must be made to xen.org or images used on merchandise, such as a sticker must contain the xen.org logo.
Examples of clear context are:
- A training course entitled "How to use the Xen hypervisor to build a cloud"
- A website "xen_hall_of_fame.com" with pictures of famous Xen contributors
- A monthly journal called "Xen User journals" describing how you use Xen
- A blog post or article about the Xen Hypervisor
- As avatar for a social media account with a reference to Xen in the profile name or in the profile description
- Give-away of a Xen Fu Panda button, sticker, mug, etc. at a Xen user group meeting or Hackathon
Examples where the context is not clear:
- A freely distributed Xen wallpaper or theme
- Give-away of a Xen Fu Panda button, sticker, mug, etc. at a kids event
Noncommercial: The image must not be used for commercial purposes, except for usage that complies with the The Xen® trademark policy. In practice that means that you can use the images without concerns for commercial usage within the Xen and open source community.

Information on fonts: the font used for XenSummit banners is SWISS 721 (HELV NEUE is a close approximation). the font used for Xen Fu images is Myriad Pro.

Usage of Xen® Mark and Logo under the trademark policy

The usage of the Xen® mark and logo are governed by The Xen® trademark policy . The policy governs the use of the Xen® mark and logo for products based on the Xen hypervisor and services using the Xen hypervisor, including marketing of these products. It also contains usage guidelines for the Xen® mark and logo.

In general, no written permission is needed to use the Xen® mark and logo for commercial products, services and marketing. However we do ask you to voluntarily fill out this form, if you use the Xen® mark and logo for the marketing and distribution of Commercial Xen producs and for the marketing of services under the terms of the policy.
