Charles’ Best Finish – Valencia GP

spacer

There were some mixed fortunes for the Marussia F1 Team in Spain this last weekend. Timo Glock had to sit out most of the weekend, including the race, because of illness and Charles had his best finish of the 2012 F1 Season – P15!

Canada Grand Prix Round Up

The Canadian GP is always a firm favourite for the drivers as it gives them the chance to push their cars to the limit in the search for speed. For the big guns in the constructor table, the race ended in spectacular fashion with Lewis Hamilton, who was on a 2-stop strategy, came from behind the Red Bull and Ferrari to close in for his first win of the season, making it seven different winners in as many races. The 2012 GP is really heating up and it is arguably the most exciting start to a GP season we’ve had in over two decades.

Monaco F1 Grand Prix Round-up

The Marussia F1 Team had a great start to the Monaco Grand Prix that saw Timo Glock racing for a top 10 finish. Unfortunately Timo suffered a broken front wing end plate and had to come in for an unscheduled pitstop which saw him move down to 14th place – the Marussia F1 Team’s tied best finish for 2012.

Charles Pic was also enjoying the track and was improving on every lap time but Charles suffered an electrical problem and had to retire on lap 65.
