The Auckland Peering Exchange (APE) is an Ethernet-based neutral
peering point running on switches provided by CityLink in Auckland, New Zealand.
By peering at the Exchange you agree to provide routing information about your
networks to other Exchange participants to optimise traffic flows across the APE.

In order to participate in APE, you need to be attached to the APE switches via an
Ethernet connection,
have a router capable of running BGP/4, an AS number and blocks of
IPv4 and IPv6 numbers that are yours to route (at least a /24 of IPv4
and a /48 of IPv6).
