What happened to the Zune.net site?
With the launch of the new Xbox Music service, the Zune.net web site has been turned off and content has been moved to Xbox.com.
If you are looking for support for your Zune device, please check out the Zune support section on xbox.com.
If you want to manage your account and/or Zune Music Pass subscription, please sign-in on Xbox Live.
Note: Your Zune Music pass subscription will now show up as Xbox Music Pass.
If you still need to download the Zune Software, please check out the Zune Software download page on xbox.com.
Please note that the Zune Music Marketplace won't be available anymore on the web but will continue to be available on your PC, Windows Phone, and Xbox 360.
I have the Zune Software installed on my PC. How can I take advantage of the new Xbox Music service?
Your Xbox Music Pass will work with the Zune PC Software, however, the best experience for your music subscription will be on Windows 8 PC's and tablets, Windows Phone 8 devices, and Xbox 360. Learn more about the Xbox Music app on Windows 8. If you still need to use the Zune PC software, you will continue to be able to download it on xbox.com and find support on xbox.com.
I am a Zune Music Pass Subscriber. Can I use my Zune Music Pass subscription to take advantage of the new Xbox Music service?
Yes. And the best part, there's nothing you need to do. Current Zune Music Pass customers will automatically become Xbox Music Pass customers and will have access to everything they love about Zune and more. However, to enjoy the enhanced features and full benefits, an Xbox Music Pass must be enjoyed on Windows 8 PC's and tablets, Windows Phone 8 devices, and Xbox 360. Learn more about the Xbox Music Pass. You can now manage your Xbox Music Pass by signing on xbox.com. Note: 10 songs keepers arenโ€™t supported by the Xbox Music app on Windows 8.
I own a Windows Phone 7 and have a Windows 7 PC. How can I take advantage of the new Xbox Music service??
An Xbox Music Pass will work on Windows 7 PC's and Windows Phone 7. However, to access the enhanced features and full benefits, an Xbox Music Pass must be enjoyed on Windows 8 PC's and tablets, and Windows Phone 8. You can continue to find support for your Windows Phone 7 on xbox.com.
I use Zune on my Xbox 360. How can I take advantage of the new Xbox Music service?
Your Xbox 360 will automatically update the music app from Zune to Xbox Music when the service launches. Learn how to update your console to take advantage of the new Xbox Music service.
