Job Purpose:

As an experienced Account Handler with Project Management skills you will act as the link between the company and the clients. You will be responsible for communicating the company’s capabilities and needs to the client and the client’s situation and needs to your team. You will work on multiple client accounts at once.

You will need to:

1. Develop and maintain working relationships with all key client contacts, you will use your initiative to proactively research and understand what the client’s company does and what their project would entail.
2. Ensure that the company’s project management system is kept up to date and implement systems that will allow your team to know the status of a project at a glance.
3. Ensure that your team is regularly updated and know what they should be working on .
4. Ensure at all stages that the work your team is producing matches the client’s specification. You will be responsible for quality checking work, to ensure that anything that is off-specification does not reach the client.
5. Accept responsibility for keeping up the company’s standards and ensuring that the client is happy throughout the projects time with company.
6. Managing the client’s expectations of the company, showing an awareness of capability and making use of knowledge sharing ability.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

Essential:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage clients expectations and when necessary the ability to say “no”.
• Excellent Organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Confidence and a polite manner with excellent customer service and people skills.
• An understanding of the web industry and the benefits that it can bring to any business.
• Some experience of project management/account handling.
• The ability to learn quickly.
• Hold a degree in a relevant Business subject, where project management skills have been applied in a placement/work setting or over the duration of the course.
