I wish! I had to work till 11 tonight.

Usually. But when it's not him, it's a complete stranger, someone I've never seen in my life. And I'm usually trying to explain to the person that I'm actually married, etc.
I also occasionally have dreams that I have to get married to an ex-boyfriend from high school and I'm super bummed about it.

I'm gonna go ahead and give that a 10/10. Since you asked and all. But if it works for you, you shouldn't care what other people think.

It's really hard to mess up pumpkin pie if you follow a basic recipe! The libby's recipe sounds legit, although I've never used it myself. This year I'm going with the recipe on the Trader Joe's canned pumpkin can. (although it calls for pumpkin pie spice---I'm going to sub individual amounts of cloves, ginger, and cinnamon.)

And yes, it'll definitely be fine if you bake in Wednesday. Makes it better, if anything!

Never really eaten any. My mom wouldn't let us have twinkies (not because she was a health nut but she because she thought they were gross).
But, sure, I've eaten a package or two of those mini-muffins.

If these brands were actually going away, I wouldn't miss them. But they're not---another company will buy the rights to the recipe or whatever and everyone will still have twinkies.

Dry is better for their teeth, or so the vet says. We free feed dry (obviously this is only okay for cats that don't over eat) and they get a spoon full of wet food in the evening because they love it and variety is the spice of life!

Hitachi Magic Wand. Those of you that know, well, you know. Actually my husband bought it for me, but, same thing right?

@crislawson and @RoseR I had never heard of that song until everyone started complaining about how awful it was. And then when I finally did hear it, I didn't understand what all the hate was about.
Maybe it's way over played or something? I dunno.

No prezzies this year for me because I got my present I wanted for last Christmas in June (a corgi), and my husband bought me a new phone a month ago (and paid full price for it so we could get out of our contract to switch to a better plan) so I'm good!
Plus my parents and little sister are coming to Cali for Christmas this year which = best present ever!

Personally, I'd cook it next to the trash can and then just throw it in. But I've heard you can roast it till crispy, like chips. Or use it in soup.
Raw kale in a salad is practically a choking hazard.

WTF? Read the paper! There are plenty of reasons to be sad, if you need a reason, without wishing somebody close to you would die. Wow.

@spokeit, that totally makes sense. I love a perfect blackberry, but they're few and far between. I'd take a bowl of blueberries any day, though. I definitely consider them my favorite.

Thank you. Thank you for sharing your life with us. Thank you for being open and honest with total strangers. Thank you for bringing us together as a community, you are, after all our common thread; what brought us together in the first place, so thank you for that.

But today I want to say thank you for your post specifically yesterday. I spent the evening reflecting on my own marriage, and the 10 year relationship that my husband and I have had so far. I know I am not the only one, who was moved by your post to evaluate their own situation, and as you have done countless times, you have allowed us all to be more self-reflective, and self-aware.

It is no small feat to put yourself so wholly out there on the internet, with your life and emotions so public, especially at a time when I imagine it would be very easy to not do so. So I just want you to know that it is appreciated, and beneficial to more people than I think you can even know.
