Vol. 2 of North World is out!? If you understood you would go get a dang copy
10 June 2009
Guest strip out of the blue by my good friend Lem, who I usually see around this time of year at Connecticon, but who is not coming to whatever country this is ever again, because of a reason. 10 June 2009 MoCCA was a good time! I have a bunch of minis left over so if you'd like one, paypal $5 (or $8 if you are overseas) to john.lucidtv AT gmail.com and I will do a drawing of your choice in it for you. More info here. Oh and you can also buy a print of my Questionable Content Guest Strip over at Topatoco. YES you just love to buy the things I make don't you. Also recently I made the most pretentious guest strip ever for Tiny Kitten Teeth. Also added some things to the links section over right yonder, because it was not sufficiently unwieldy. Promise me you will check out EVERYTHING. 2 May 2009 Well how bout that! 20 March 2009 Part two of two. Had to draw this very quickly and with a brush that has been unusable for quite some time, because I felt it was important to update before Webcomics Weekend. So yes I am going to be there for all three days. I don't have anything to sell so I will just be walking around / maybe helping out here and there / being a nuisance to more popular cartoonists (HAHA I THINK I'M ONE OF THEM, HOW CUTE). If you run into me (I'll be the white guy in an ironic t-shirt), I'll be happy to chat and sketch something for you. If you run into me in the men's room, just give me the signal and I will be happy to sketch something on your interzone. If you run into me in the women's room, you can assume that something has gone wrong. If you run into me on the pub crawl I'll be happy to fight you because for some reason you don't think Achewood is funny. Webcomics, am I right? Oh and our own HUTCHY-POO ARMSTRONG now also has a twitter. He is the one with the personality and you will want to follow him. OH OH HEY HEY, lately I have done some guest strips, for Dennis the Dugong and Second Generation Enjoyable Animals. Check them out they are great I am great. 13 February 2009 Part one of two. Part two will appear sometime during the next five years. Brooklyn shirts are running low. You should take this as a sign! DAVID ROTHLEIN is significant because he is the writer of what are very often this comic's best jokes. He is on both twitter and livejournal, and maybe you following him would convince him to update more. 29 January 2009 Hello to everyone who found their way here from Questionable Content. My, you are physically attractive! Obviously you already know about the Where Brooklyn At shirt---but maybe you have not been able to purchase one. Maybe you were feeling ill. You are undoubtedly better now. Also if you did not already know, I am constantly a-twitter and have been posting art and non-Lucid TV comics on my livejournal with gradually increasing frequency. That, once more, is all. 19 January 2009 There is a valuable lesson here about waiting three months for something. If you have any taste in webcomics, you are already familiar with Overcompensating and Wigu. If you have any sense in your dang head you read Jeffrey's update blurbs and are therefore already familiar with a shirt that we designed together. If you are a wise, handsome consumer perhaps you have already purchased one at Topatoco. If not, the I Would Like to Buy a Banjo Someday Foundation is taking donations in the form of hey maybe you buying one. Also if you did not already know, I am constantly a-twitter and have been posting art and non-Lucid TV comics on my livejournal with gradually increasing frequency. That is all. |
