Mark A. Bloomfield is president and CEO of the American Council for Capital Formation, a business economic policy organization. The ACCF conducts research, educates the media and engages policymakers on U.S. economic policy, in particular, tax, regulatory, energy/environmental and trade issues. Margo Thorning is senior vice president and chief economist with the American Council for Capital Formation and director of research for its public policy think tank. spacer Dr. Pinar Cebi Wilber

Pınar Çebi Wilber, Ph.D. joined the American Council for Capital Formation as a research economist in 2005. Her research interests are diversified and include energy policy, tax policy, international trade and finance, and general government policy. Recently, Dr. Çebi Wilber has researched issues related to climate change legislation including the impact of such legislation on the U.S. economy. She has also done extensive research on the effect of government policies on retirement saving as well as retirement annuities.[full bio...]

Mike Burita is Communications Director for the American Council for Capital Formation and oversees the day to day communications, media relations, and marketing efforts for the organization. He has over twenty years of strategic communications experience working on behalf of a number of think tanks, trade associations and corporate clients. Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

John Maguire is Vice President Strategic Planning for the American Council for Capital Formation (ACCF). John is a Marine Corps veteran and graduate of Penn State University with over forty five years of experience in public accounting and association management. John oversees the finance, accounting and administrative operations of the ACCF and ACCF Center for Policy Research.

Tracy Ellis is Vice President of Membership for the American Council for Capital Formation and oversees membership development, programs and services for the organization. She has over twenty-five years of business development, marketing and event management experience on behalf of corporations, non-profits and trade associations. Tracy is a graduate of Harvard University and the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
