She'll be all right unlike what happened to Congressman Sonny Bono. From the Anchorage Daily News-
U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski is back in Washington, D.C., and using a wheelchair while recovering from a knee injury suffered in a skiing accident Sunday at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood. Was she baked and breaded too? Ok bad joke but not tasteless. Get well Senator.A spokesman for the Alaska Republican says Murkowski believes she tore two ligaments in her knee when she tumbled as much as 400 feet.
Spokesman Mike Brumas says Murkowski also is bruised and a little battered.

I, also wish her a speedy recovery. I'm sure she's seen a doctor, but knee injuries can take a while to recover from. I'm having surgery on 3/24 to replace my torn ACL, also from a skiing accident. I've been told it will be at least 6 months before it feels normal again.
