We are honored to have Dr. Aleco Christakis support us as a technical adviser when needed. We enlist his support should the complexity of the problem, the stakes involved for the client, or the need for facilitator independence warrant it. With his depth of scientific knowledge, and his vast experience in the arena of practice, there is little that surprises him.

Working with colleagues world-wide, he continues to evolve the science behind Structured Democratic Dialogue, and refine it in practice.

Through some of his earlier work, he invented the concept of “Demosophia” from which our company takes its name. 

He helped people discover their wisdom over the past 40 years and he continues to do so today.
