I guess we can no longer live in our fantasy world and deny that Brian Austin Green knocked up Megan Fox, because she flashed her huge belly while leaving a doctor's appointment over the weekend. I think a funny practical joke would be to dress up as Megan's doctor and tell her that there's a complication with her pregnancy, and an abortion is recommended or she might die. And then, after the abortion, you rip off your white coat and stethoscope to reveal that you're just an ordinary guy. "Surprise Megan! I'm not a doctor after all! Do you get it? Do you get it?"
