Phoronix Media's premiere web property is Phoronix.com, which was founded after seeing the lack of online media that covered alternative operating systems at the time -- primarily when it came to Linux hardware reviews. Phoronix provides readers with the most detailed and up-to-date information in the computing world when it comes to the Linux and Solaris operating systems. Phoronix is especially well regarded for its Linux graphics articles and with time has become the leader in providing original Linux hardware content. More than 1,600 featured articles and 2,400 news postings have been published at Phoronix.

The Phoronix Forums are the community component to Phoronix. Chernobyl2010.com documents the journey in April of 2010 to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station in Ukraine where the world's most devastating nuclear event took place. There are more than one hundred photos showing what the areas within Chernobyl's Zone of Alienation looks like twenty-four years after the nuclear disaster took place, with many photos of Reactor #4 itself, the town of Pripyat, and the Red Forest.

Phorogit

Phorogit is a free software repository that is exclusively sponsored by Phoronix Media. Phorogit uses the Git revision control system and houses the source-code to the Phoronix Test Suite and other Linux software. Phorogit is also used by Advanced Micro Devices for housing their community packaging scripts for their ATI Catalyst Linux driver.
