The report was Jasmine a waitress and aspiring actress punched Linsay in the face over baseball player Doug Reinhardt. Jasmine had a history with Mr. Reinhardt and she saw Doug and Lindsay hanging out one day and in a jealous rage attacked Miss Lohan.

Jasmine Waltz is also known as the woman that David Arquette reportedly slept with shortly after separating from Courteney Cox. However the rumor is she was the reason for the seperation and that David and Jasmine were having an affair.
