My name is John and I live in Concord, New Hampshire. I’ve been writing on and off most of my life, but it wasn’t until blogs appeared that I started taking it seriously again. I started a political blog, Weekend Pundit, in 2002, but I got tired of the fray pretty quickly. The site is still chugging a long under the stewardship of my older brother, who has more patience and passion for politics. I also started Methuselah’s Daughter in December of 2002- I’d been carrying the story of Zsallia Marieko in my head for years and the blog was my attempt to get the creative juices flowing, finally flesh out all the disjointed notions and start stitching them together into a coherent narrative. Eventually that site became the novel, co-authored with Dean Esmay who became a fan of Zsallia while she was still posting anonymously as “MD”.
This blog is all about writing in general and giving me a place to post things that are not related to Methuselah’s Daughter or Zsallia’s world. The jury is still out on whether this will work out for me…
