Last week Garbage celebrated the release of their fifth album Not Your Kind of People with Hive’s Live in NYC concert streaming series. What did we learn from the experience? Butch Vig is still a beast on the drums, there’s a plethora of Garbage fans all over the world, and Shirley Manson’s still one of the most charismatic frontwomen in rock. Here are five full performances from that night at Webster Hall. Sit back and watch Garbage classics “Stupid Girl,” “Push It” and “Vow.” The band also did new songs ”Blood for Poppies” and “Battle in Me” for the sold-out crowd.
