February Haiti Trip Interest Meeting

When we become believers in Jesus Christ, God empowers each of us with at least one spiritual gift. SHAPE will be a day of discovering how God has gifted you and how your personality and unique experiences can be used for His glory. Look for more information over the coming weeks! Pretty & Polished
Pretty & Polished needs for volunteers to serve the elderly at local nursing homes in Arlington and Falls Church this Saturday morning, Oct 13. No experience is necessary and both men and women are welcome. Visit prettyandpolished.com to register or email Nina.

Monday Night Running Group
Join us in the Spectrum Courtyard at 9:00pm each Monday night. We gather and run a 1-3 mile loop traversing downtown Rosslyn and moving around the Iwo Jima Memorial. Not only is running a way for us to maintain our physical health, but it also serves as a metaphor for our Spiritual lives (1 Cor 9:24-27). Small Group Leadership Training
Join us for a day of interactive training and discover what it takes to lead a life-changing small group. The training will be Saturday, Oct 13, from 9am-2pm.
