South Dorm: Total of 19 rooms
• 3 rooms have private bathrooms
• 16 rooms (Communal bath)
• 1 ADA accessible room with a private bath
• 18 rooms are double occupancy
• 1 room is triple occupancy
North Dorm: Total of 27 rooms
• 15 rooms have private bathrooms that are all located on second floor.
• 1 room is ADA accessible and has a private bathroom
• 12 rooms (Communal bath)
• 26 rooms are double occupancy
There are a total of 46 rooms (we can accommodate 46 at single occupancy and 93 at double occupancy or do combinations of single/double occupancy). There is a commons area complete with a full operational kitchenette in each dorm. Wireless Internet Access is available. Both dorms are equipped with elevator service and are ADA compliant. We provide fresh linen and towels throughout your stay.
Rates:
Occupancy Rate per room - communal bath $36.00/per night
Occupancy Rate per room - with/Private Bath $60.00/per night
Meals:
Breakfast: $6.00 (meal includes your entrée and a drink)
Lunch: $8.00 (meal includes a salad, entrée, drink and a dessert)
Dinner: $12.00 (meal includes a salad, entrée, drink and a dessert)
Snacks for Breakout Sessions (for conferences): $2.50/per individual (includes a selection of mid-day and afternoon snacks)
