As a part of the Energy and Transportation Science Division (ETSD), Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Energy Efficiency Group (RCIEE), our activities include evaluations of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and State Energy Program (SEP), technical support for the Weatherization Assistant energy audit tool (NEAT and MHEA), and research into the impacts of utility restructuring and resource leveraging.
