Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations: Substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund less a $375 processing fee will be issued if the request is received before September 17, 2012. No refunds will be issued after September 17, 2012.
