Sify offers the following Class-of-Service for SiteConnect^TM:

1)     Diamond – Reserved only for delay sensitive applications like voice and video requiring low jitter values.

2)     Gold - Delay tolerant data and E-Mail applications and applications with and moderate tolerance in jitter latency and packet loss.

3)     Bronze - For any traffic which does not require classification
