SALUTATIONS!

spacer My name is Joe Saavedra, and I am currently a Parsons MFA Design and Technology candidate living in New York City.  I have lots of interests, but this weblog will be dedicated to my physical work in the program, as well as experiences or learnings as it pertains to technology (and cheese).

My work focuses on the domains sound, computation, physical computing, and interactivity.

More recently, I have begun working almost exclusively on my thesis, modular//neuroid – a wearable, reconfigurable sensor pack and data collection and contextualization system.

Check out my portfolio site for more work and contact information!
