We have a long and successful record of scoping out concepts, building project specs, costing and even assisting in obtaining project funding. And after that we are capable project managers and systems integrators. 

Not every new project or concept necessarily fits a template or an established product or service specification. A lot of innovation comes from articulating a business outcome and then being able to work back to construct the componentry needed to meet that outcome. A lot of that sort of stuff requires an open mind and some lateral thinking.
