Welcome to BTEC Higher Nationals from 2010 (QCF)

BTEC Higher Nationals (HNs) provide a programme of specialist vocational learning at Levels 4 and 5, which reflects the requirements of professional organisations and meet the National Occupational Standards for each sector or industry.

If you are already an approved centre looking to offer additional Higher National qualifications, or are new to HNs and looking to become a BTEC Higher National centre, you will need to follow our approval process. Download your specification today by selecting the appropriate subject below.
