I'm trying to help my client do some local development but we cannot get the player to work in their local environment.
I've added their local url to the player settings and their code seems to be good.
The debugger stops after:
Calling remote method getDataForExperience DEBUG DEBUG
Unknown fault for getDataForExperience(); DEBUG ERROR
The player on the page says "THE VIDEO YOU ARE TRYING TO WATCH CANNOT BE VIEWED FROM THIS WEBSITE."
That player message makes me think that the url isn't allowed, but as I said, it's been added to the player settings in the AVAILABILITY tab. Does the URL have to be a certain format? No extra path? We're using this:
https://v5stage.local.com/downloads
Would love some help on this please.

OK, so it looks like it might be fixed. We're not sure if it was a firewall problem and it's difficult to isolate it at this point.
I think it would help if the "accessibility" tab on the player settings made it clear the format that was expected. There's some validation on it, but does it expect a trailing slash or not? Does it support or need the port if one is being used? Does it support a path beyond the domain root?
