Gain affordable access to higher education.
Through enrollment at cooperating campus-based programs, WICHE’s student exchange programs offer a broad range of options for students at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels. More than 25,000 students participate in these programs. By enrolling at the participating campuses in the 2009-10 academic year, undergraduate students alone saved $173.4 million dollars in tuition by paying 150% of resident tuition, instead of the full nonresident rate. More recently, WICHE has created some new programs to assist online and nontraditional adult learners.

  • Internet Course Exchange (ICE)

  • MHECare

  • Non-traditional No More: Policy Solutions for Adult Learners

  • Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)

Assists students from WICHE states who want to earn a master’s, doctorate or graduate certificate and save money at participating programs across the West by paying resident tuition.
