You don't have to be totally stressed out! Believe me, I've been there myself. I totally remember
what it was like to be a student -- and I was a student for
a LONG time! Since then, I've been a college teacher
so I'm around students all the time - most of them stressed
out. Over the years, I've been teaching my students
how to de-stress and how to deal with stress... I
finally decided to make a stress management site specially
designed FOR students -- and anyone else who feels stressed
out.
So, settle down and KNOW that you
CAN lower your stress! You really ARE in control of
what's going on in your world! YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE
HAPPY AND RELAXED -- yeah, even while you're a student!

you can do (and not do) to reduce stress in your

really relaxing -- isn't something that comes
naturally to most people. This is especially
true for students! School, work, family,
friends... When do you take time out of all of
this just for yourself? This area has
relaxation exercises and techniques that you can do

"Grown-ups" often forget
what being a student is like -- or maybe they didn't
go to college, so they just have no idea. Even
if they did, we are living in a different world now.

things you can do to make school a much less
