Robyne is a coordinator of "Friends of the Koala Hospital"

There are many reasons why I think you should join us at the Koala Hospital, for me it's the comradery of our volunteers, plus it's great to get to talk to all our visitors and find out where they are from and where they are heading next.

The main thing I have noticed is the excitement of our visitors when they see the Koala's for the first time, I feel so proud to be part of such a great organisation. We get out and about with our fundraising and we are invited to attend many functions and socialise with the public. People are very forthcoming when they see that we are from the Koala Hospital.

I love the time I spend at the Koala Hospital and best of all we get to socialise with fellow volunteers.

There are many aspects to the Koala Hospital and each has its own rewards, but best of all, is how proud I feel when people ask me what I do and I tell them that I am a volunteer at the Koala Hospital.
