Do I have to use EC2 to run the server?
No, in fact I use Rackspace for most of my servers. We went with EC2 first because they were first, and so many people have Amazon accounts. And they have a deal where you get the first year free. That's pretty amazing if you think about it.

I was a Frontier user in the 90s. Is this Frontier?
Yes it is. The OPML Editor is a distribution of the Frontier scripting environment.
